We still need you!
The new KidsQuest Children’s Museum in downtown Bellevue may be open, but we still need to raise $500,000 to finish funding Phase One of this project. The support of the community so far has been instrumental in getting KidsQuest’s doors open, but completion of this campaign will keep KidsQuest debt free and able to maintain a responsible annual operating budget.
Phase Two: Creating Access for All
With operations in the new museum now stabilized, it has become clear through staff and community feedback that additional capital renovations are needed to meet KidsQuest’s mission of creating the most welcoming environment for all patrons. Site alterations are needed to address excessive ambient sound and overheated areas throughout the museum, and for enhanced elevator safety. These improvements will be funded through Phase Two of the Good to Grow Capital Campaign: Creating Access for All. KidsQuest Children’s Museum is looking to raise $4 million to fund these additional renovations. Funding will be sought from local and state government, foundations and corporations, and individuals.
