Birthday BLAST Parties:  Weekday $185 / Weekend $200

  • Exclusive use of the party room for 90 minutes
  • Up to 22 guests included in the party price (children and adults)
  • Additional guests allowed for an extra fee (maximum of 40 guests total)

Party Times
Friday: 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:30am, 12:45pm, 3:00pm
Sunday: 12:45pm, 3:00pm
Weekdays: Call for available times

After-Hours Birthday Parties:  Weekday $375 / Weekend $475

  • Exclusive use of the entire museum for 2 hours while closed to the public
  • Up to 60 guests (includes children and adults - additional guests allowed for an extra fee)

Party Times
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 5:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am, 5:30pm


All parties include:

  • Unlimited exploration of the Museum for the day for you and your guests
  • 2 for 1 admission coupon to KidsQuest for each child party guest

Things to Note

  • Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance. Early booking is encouraged.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold or reserve a party or museum rental.
  • There are no restrictions on food served during your party.


Inclement Weather Procedure

If inclement weather conditions (including power outages and snow) exist and you choose to cancel your party, KidsQuest Children's Museum reserves the right to withhold any deposit if the Museum is open for admission on the day of the scheduled party. In the event KidsQuest Children's Museum is closed, we will return your deposit or reschedule your party for a later date.

Party Time Invitations

You may download and print KidsQuest Children's Museum invitations for your party! Both designs are in PDF form.

Postcard: For our postcard version we suggest printing them on heavy card stock and mailing them as postcards. You may also mail them in 5” x 7” envelopes.

Folded Invitation: Our folded invitations are designed to print on an 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper and folded in quarters to fit a standard 4 3/8” x 5 3/4” invitation envelope.
