Birthday Parties at KidsQuest

Celebrate birthdays and other special occasions in our exciting interactive exhibits and family-friendly party room. Your child and his or her guests will explore, play, create and learn together. *Choose one of the packages below for a party they will always remember!

Explorer's Party Package

• Exclusive use of the party room for 90 minutes
• Birthday child plus 10 child guests
  (25 people maximum including all children and adult chaperones)
• Unlimited exploration of the Museum for the day
• Guided hands-on activity led by a special birthday staff member
  (choose from options based on the child's age and interests)
• KidsQuest birthday invitations to download and customize
• 6 Mylar balloons for the birthday child
• A special certificate with photo to capture the memorable event
• A 2 for 1 coupon to the Museum for each child guest
• Optional KidsQuest KidPacks with fun educational toys
  (for an additional charge)

Adventurer's Party Package

• Exclusive use of the party room for 90 minutes
• Birthday child plus 20 child guests
  (40 people maximum including all children and adult chaperones)
• Unlimited exploration of the Museum for the day
• Guided hands-on activity led by a special birthday staff member
  (choose from options based on child's age and interests)
• KidsQuest birthday invitations to download and customize
• 10 Mylar balloons for the birthday child
• A special certificate with photo to capture the memorable event
• A complimentary KidsQuest KidPack for the birthday child
• A 2 for 1 coupon to the Museum for each child guest
• Optional KidsQuest KidPacks with fun educational toys

After-Hours Private Party

• Exclusive use of the entire Museum for two hours when we are closed to the public
• Birthday child plus 30 child guests
  (60 people maximum including all children and adult chaperones)
• Guided hands-on activity led by a special birthday staff member
  (choose from options based on child's age and interests)
• KidsQuest birthday invitations to download and customize
• 10 Mylar balloons for the birthday child
• A special certificate with photo to capture the memorable event
• A complimentary KidsQuest KidPack for the birthday child
• A 2 for 1 coupon to the Museum for each child guest
• Optional KidsQuest KidPacks with fun educational toys
  (for an additional charge)

Things to note

• A charge of $8.00 will be applied for each child over the party package limit
• A charge of $7.00 will be applied for each adult over the maximum person limit
• Children under 1 year are FREE
• Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance and we encourage early booking
• There are no restrictions on the food and beverages that party hosts can bring into the Museum
• A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation
• A charge of $25.00 will be applied to celebrate an additional child's birthday during the same party
• Gratuities are accepted and appreciated by birthday staff
• KidsQuest books up quickly, especially weekends, so hurry to get your spot!

Inclement Weather Procedure

If inclement weather conditions (including power outages and snow) exist and you choose to cancel your party, KidsQuest Children's Museum reserves the right to withhold any deposit if the Museum is open for admission on the day of the scheduled party. In the event KidsQuest Children's Museum is closed, we will return your deposit or reschedule your party for a later date. 

Party Time Invitations

You may download and print KidsQuest Children's Museum invitations for your party! Both designs are in PDF form.

Postcard: For our postcard version we suggest printing them on heavy card stock and mailing them as postcards. You may also mail them in 5” x 7” envelopes.

Folded Invitation: Our folded invitations are designed to print on an 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper and folded in quarters to fit a standard 4 3/8” x 5 3/4” invitation envelope.
