Q: Can I bring a snack or drinks to the Museum? A: KidsQuest has a water fountain, but we do not allow any outside beverages or food inside the museum. If you get hungry, just get your hand stamped for re-entry to the Museum and enjoy one of the many great restaurants at Factoria Mall. Read More
Q: Do you have any other locations? A: KidsQuest's only location is in Factoria Mall. KidsQuest is a non-profit organization that was created by members of the community. Read More
Q: Do you accept the Microsoft PRIME Card? A: Yes, KidsQuest accepts the PRIME Card. PRIME Card holders pay a reduced admission of $3 per person for their immediate family. The PRIME Card is not valid for memberships, special events, workshops or camps.
Q: Do you offer scholarships for families that cannot afford a membership? A: Yes, KidsQuest does have a scholarship program for families in need. To qualify, your family must meet federal poverty guidelines. Please ask at the front desk for an application if the cost of membership is a barrier to your family. KidsQuest also offers scholarships for workshops, camps and field trips.
Q: Can I drop my children off at KidsQuest? A: KidsQuest is a Museum for the whole family. Children must be accompanied by an adult and under that adult's supervision while in the Museum.
Q: What should I do if I can't get an exhibit to work? A: Please feel free to ask a Museum staff member if you have any questions about how an exhibit works, have suggestions or are uncomfortable at any time during your visit. Museum staff are here to make your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to leave a comment as well in our comment box at the front desk.
