It's Always Sunny at KidsQuest

It's finally summer!

Summer is special here at KidsQuest, and a time when we get to do all sorts of things at the museum that we don't do during the school year. Here are some highlights:

Blue Star Museums

Blue Star Museums is a program through the National Endowment for the Arts that offers active military personnel and their families free admission to museums from Memorial Day through Labor Day. KidsQuest is proud to be a part of the program again this year! For a list of participating museums click here.

Play & Paint GirlPlay & Paint - All Summer Long!

We know how much some of you love your Play & Paint. That's why we've decided to have it become a weekly activity this summer! Now that QuestClub, our after-school science program, is done for the year, Play & Paint will be in the classroom every Wednesday from 2-3pm.

Eats & Beats in ActionEats & Beats

Every summer KidsQuest puts together a special line-up of Eats & Beats bands for you to rock out to. All concerts happen right here in KidsQuest's own "Backyard," where you can sing, dance, eat and play. Why wonder about the possibility of rain when a concert inside the museum guarantees sunshine?

Coming up:
Tim Noah, July 16th
Caspar Babypants, August 13th

Summer Camp

Recently voted a finalist for Best Summer Camp in 425 Magazine, KidsQuest camps are chock-full of activities, museum playtime, art, science and stories. All camps are half-day drop-off programs, making them perfect for parents who need to get things done this summer (without the help of the kiddos).
