			<title>What is a kid kit?</title>
			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/kid-kit/</link>
			<description>
A kid kit is a staff led  activity designed to increase staff and visitor engagement. These fun and  educational activities allow our staff to explore a wide variety of important  early learning concepts while using interesting tools and materials (and having  a really good time).KidsQuest staff tries to  do at least three kid kits every day because we love getting the opportunity to  interact with our visitors in fun and educational ways.&amp;nbsp;

			<title>Preparing for a visit to KidsQuest </title>
			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/preparing-visit-to-kidsquest/</link>
			<description>
You want to get out of the house. Why come to KidsQuest? &amp;nbsp; KidsQuest is about play. Studies in early childhood development over the past decade show that through play children develop creativity and social and emotional skills &amp;mdash; not to mention healthy bodies and an active style of living. Play builds self confidence, develops problem solving abilities and lets children take ownership of their worlds.

			<title>Why I Love NanoDays</title>
			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/love-nanodays/</link>
			<description>
Children are often told they are too small to do or understand things, but children have an amazing power: they can show adults a different way of viewing the world. Nanoscience, the science of the small, is changing the way scientists and engineers view the world too. At this scale, the materials we see and use every day have vastly different properties. They can change color, become water resistant, or conduct electricity. Nanotechnology utilizes these new properties to create new products and improve materials we use every day like computers, electronics, medicine, cosmetics, and clothing.

			<description>
We are so excited to announce the opening of our new Waterways Contraption Table. <title>Bank on It! </title>
			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/bank-on/</link>
			<description>
Children&amp;rsquo;s spending power is on the increase each year, yet they lack guidance on what to do with that money. According to Jump$tart Coalition, just 26% of parents feel prepared to teach their kids about personal finances. KeyBank Foundation wants to ensure that number rises in the coming years and are showing their support for educating children about managing money responsibly by sponsoring our Financial Literacy Initiative.

			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/kidsquests-superclean-1/</link>
			<description>
We've been SUPERCLEANED! Each year KidsQuest closes for a week in September to install new exhibit components, paint and give the Museum a deep clean. It is always a long and challenging week, but the staff and our awesome helpers did an amazing job to get everything done.

			<title>Exhibits 101: All Things Water</title>
			<link>https://kidsquestmuseum.org/blog/exhibits-101-things-water/</link>
			<description>
The best children's museums reflect their environment so when KidsQuest was being designed it was very important to have a strong water component. Not only is water an important part of living in the Pacific Northwest, but water play is an important part of a child's development.
