Recycled Paper 3 Ways (+4 Ideas to Try at Home!)
Shred, Rip, Tear, Splash!
What’s that noise? That’s the sound of recycled paper preparations! Here at KidsQuest we are busily shredding newsprint in anticipation of Friday’s Family Adventures in Recycled Paper Making workshop! Below are some of the fun things we're planning:1. Paper with “Add-ins”
We use shredded comics for color, shredded office paper for texture, and glitter for sparkle!
2. Colored Paper
We use liquid watercolor to dye the paper without staining clothes!
3. Plantable Paper
Yep - that’s paper you can plant after you finish writing on it. The secret? Tiny flower seeds stuck in the paper pulp!
Can’t make it to the workshop but want to get in on some recycled paper fun? Try making a newspaper hat! (You can even toss it in the recycle bin when you’re done playing.) Here's how:

The final product:

Experiment with rolling and folding your newspaper to see what else you can make. If you’re up for an engineering challenge you can try to make a functioning table with nothing but newspaper and tape. (Yes, it can be done! Tip: Roll the newspaper into very tight tubes for strength.) Make a newspaper pet, or throw a newspaper fashion show! After all, green is the new black!

We can reuse or recycle or have them shredded to serve other purposes. In this way, we get to save money and teach our children the value of conserving our natural resources and become practical.
I also read another helpful article that I would like to share at:

I just remember when I was just i kid. I used to make different paper creation by just folding it. It is very enjoying for me because I can play around with those papers at home.
This is such a great article. Thank you!

With the use of paper, you can make different wonderful crafted objects s by means of folding, shredding, tearing and ripping them. This is one way of letting your children consume the available resources that they already have for other purposes.
