Busy summer days!
School is out for the summer! Camps, swimming and family trips are sure to be on your list, but don't forget about all the community events happening this summer. As an organization built by the community for the community we feel it's important to get out and support the festivities happening around our area so look out for KidsQuest this summer.
We love visiting the Bellevue Farmer's Market to meet our local farmers, support the restaurants dishing up delicious dinners at the market and do hands-on activities with the kids. Did you know the farmer's market is a non-profit organization just like KidsQuest? They support Washington's small family farms and, in turn, support our local economy, the environment and encourage healthy eating.
Another non-profit organization we're excited to partner with this summer is Bellevue Arts Museum. Throughout the month of July KidsQuest's members receive 50% off admission to BAM, in addition to discounts on their workshops, lectures and classes. KidsQuest will also have a booth at the Artsfair and will be getting crafty with the kids all weekend long. The Artsfair is a great opportunity to support local vendors who offer unique works of art and often have opportunities for kids to learn a new craft.
KidsQuest will also be on the Westside for the Sounds of Summer Concert Series at U-Village starting in July. We'll bring crafts, science and face painting for the kids to do while the whole family dances to the beats and enjoys an evening out with their neighbors.
Get out and play this summer and visit us while we’re out and about!
