Adventures in QuestClub

5…4…3…2…1…BLAST OFF!!!

That was the sound heard many times at QuestClub last week, where we were very busy making several different contraptions to send things flying through the air. There were rockets that soared with the power of air and skimmers that flew with circular wings instead of flat ones. We constructed catapults that launched marshmallows across the room with the flick of a finger. Gravity tried to keep us down but we conducted tests and made changes to our contraptions so they would fly higher and further and longer.

In the next QuestClub we will continue our adventures in flight but we will be adding the element of helium plus more engineering (to keep our contraptions in the air) so that we can complete a rescue mission! If you're a 1st-4th grader come join us next Wednesday at 2:30pm!
